Short version: fantastic!!! i got my order earlier than expected. everything is high quality and fits with the sizing chart provided. customer service is great.

Long version:
I ordered a one-piece dress, three blouses, a skirt, two petticoats, and a pair of shoes. The dress, two of the blouses, and the skirt were all preorder items. I ordered in mid-July, with my estimated time of arrival for all items being late November (due to the pre-order items).
All of my items arrived early (It's October)! Everything arrived to me safely and exactly as expected. The sizing chart was accurate, so everything fit very well. I wore my outfit out today--I got a lot of compliments and it was very comfortable, even though that was the first time those shoes were worn.
If you order from here, keep in mind that shipping will be very expensive. You can pick the shipping method before you put it in your cart (with some vary in cost), but it will be expensive no matter what option you pick since it's from overseas. If you have any questions or concerns, the customer service in my experience is great. When I contacted them, they got back to me the next day. They are very kind and polite.

Overall: I recommend buying from here and would buy again. It's pricey, but I love Lolita clothing. The quality is worth it.

Had my first purchase from LolitaWardrobe and wow blown away by the product quality! I knew it was a reseller, or they make something similar, so I was expecting some discrepancies from the photos. The dress I purchased for ~$100 looked exactly like the photo, and EVEN BETTER than I thought it would look. Down to the detail, the dress is stunning. I can't wait to take photos and post them soon ^-^ As a company, my questions were answered very quickly, and shipping was 1 month, shorter than I expected! I recommended the site to my friend who is plus size as they have a nice assortment, and the fee isn't crazy. So we might see how the custom size outfits fare. But for me, I'm usually XS/S and the dress fit after tightening the back as much as possible ^-^; Definitely going to try buying from here again. Their selection of more simple lolita styles looks super affordable for the quality. Seriously, I'm actually worried this dress is too beautiful to wear as a bridesmaid :'D

Highly recommend!! Customer service was amazing; I placed an order unfortunately right before shipping restrictions were put in place, so if course there was a delay. Angela kept me up to date with shipping delays, and when my skirt and haori arrived they were packaged excellently and in perfect condition! I ordered a dress, hair clip, and wig from this site, and they all were great quality! The fabric was not cheap, and the wig was a good thickness and even came with a wig cap and hair roller for the bangs! Angela was exceptional in service, replying quick and politely whenever I had any questions. China post decided to move ware.houses during my shipping so my order was delayed but she kept me updated with shipping numbers and tracking whenever they changed! I really recommend this store, even if you're just starting out into lolita fashion like I am.

Bit hesitant to order from a site I'd never used before but bloody hell they did not disappoint. I emailed before I ordered with sizing queries what with the difference between european and asian measurements and Angela was super helpful with her advice. Similarly, after it'd passed the expected shipping date (granted this was far away, but didn't need it for anything in particular just...yknow, pretty!) and I put in an enquiry, she was chasing after the manufacturers xD kept me informed throughout and gave a personal email that it was on it's way rather than just an automated shipping notification. The items themselves were Little Dipper Badge of Vows series and Infanta Peking Opera. Angela's advice ensured a good fit, and they're really nice quality. Definitely would buy again~

Ordered a few items- I had payment issues/misunderstandings with PayPal, but the mods were very helpful! They notified me of alternative payment methods, notified when the orders were supposed to arrive and sent updates throughout the whole process.
